The work of innovation, hence Montecore's attitude, has always been to find new meeting points in fashion and, in particular, in outerwear, the brand's iconic product. Transforming, changing, perfecting: the hybridisation that has made Montecore famous in Italy, as well as abroad, consists in having brought the workmanship and details of luxury, precious and sartorial, into men's and women's outwear.
Since the first garment made in 2006, the desire of Fabio Peroni, founder of the brand, has been to find new opportunities in the hybridisation of fabrics and techniques, to dress a man and a woman always on the move. Always inspired by the continuous and wonderful observation of the outside world and its beauty, Peroni's creative direction, together with numerous collaborations, has brought the brand's vision closer to nature and its surroundings. This offers the possibility of influencing oneself, capturing new insights and putting them into practice by creating avant-garde solutions.
The possibility of wearing eternal and precious values that are increasingly unique is in keeping with the brand's naturally experimental heritage. Distinguished by a constant search for quality and aesthetics, Montecore finds in craftsmanship, technology and image its defining elements. Thus, in 2011 the first Model 244 jacket was presented, made with the original bistretch fabric:
a revolutionary fine and effective solution, with a new rainproof system.
Time, then, is a broad and persistent concept in Montecore's philosophy. From the design of the garment to its realisation, the creativity of the design, as well as the mastery of the workmanship, are guided by a higher vision of resistance to time and weather. Excellent outwear performance is thus complemented by a deliberately timeless design.
